  1. What if I would like to move the software to a new computer?

    To move your software to a new computer, you first need to transfer your software license. Transferring your software license will immediately deactivate the software on your original computer so that you can activate your software on a new computer. Contact us for instructions and help.

  2. What if I have more than one computer? Does the single-user license allow me to use the software on multiple machines?

    Current InFOREMAX End-User License Agreements allow you to install and use software on a single computer only. You must purchase multi-user licenses, in order to use the software on multiple machines.

  3. What happens if I use the single-user licensed software on multiple machines?

    Our system detects if several copies of the software are in use with the same serial number and automatically blocks the illegal copies so that you cannot activate or use unlicensed copies of the software.

  4. The software comes as multi-licensed. How many serial number is required to install on multiple computers?

    With a multi-seat client-server deployment, you receive a single serial number that can be used on as many computers as you buy licenses for.

  5. How do I add more users to my existing license?

    In order to obtain discount under our Volume Licensing Program, you should contact us at http://www.inforemax.com/request.html and provide us your product serial number and number of additional licenses you would want to purchase. After we receive your information we will send you a Paypal invoice for the total amount of additional licenses which requires you to complete this transaction. Order by fax is an alternative method to add more users to an existing license. You may complete an Add Users Order form and fax it to us.
