  1. Do I need a dedicated Internet connection to use InFOREMAX?

    No. You do not need a dedicated Internet access to use InFOREMAX. Internet downtime will not affect your software accessibility and usability. However, you will need an Internet access when you activate your copy of InFOREMAX software. If you are a subscription-based user, you will also need an Internet access for your software to update your expiration period. The update on your expiration period performs automatically during the software startup and generally takes place at the end of your billing period.

  2. Can I mix licensing models?

    Yes, InFOREMAX offers two license models that you can mix and match to best fit your needs. For example, you can have one premium license and three subscription licenses for InFOREMAX software. In this scenario, you will obtain two product serial number respectively.

  3. How do I switch my subscription licenses to premium licenses?

    You have the flexibility to switch your subscription license to premium license anytime. Contact us for instructions and help.

  4. How do I terminate some of my subscription licenses if I no longer need them?

    If you wish to terminate any subscription, you may do so effective at the end of your billing cycle by giving us at least 10 days' advance notice. We will adjust your payment amount. We terminate a subscription in advance of the end of its billing period.

  5. Can I still use the software once my subscription has expired?

    No. once your subscription has expired, you won't be able to log into the software. But you can re-subscribe to it anytime. Contact us for instructions and help.
