  1. How can I order?

    You may place an order by our PayPal hosted online shopping cart or fax.

  2. What methods of payment can I use?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express (AMEX) Credit Card Payments and PayPal.

  3. How long will it take to receive a product serial number after placing the order?

    If you place an order online, you will receive a product serial number within 48 hours. If you place an order via fax, it will take up to three business days to verify your payment.

  4. Why do InFOREMAX choose PayPal as a payment processor?

  5. Do I need a PayPal account? Can I pay with my credit card instead?

    No. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a purchase. Payment can be made using most major credit cards without even signing on for a PayPal account. However, if you choose to subscribe InFOREMAX online through PayPal, you may be required to sign up for a PayPal account to complete this transaction.

  6. Can I still subscribe to InFOREMAX if I don't have a Paypal account?

    Yes. If you wish to subscribe to InFOREMAX without using a Paypal account, you may do so by placing an order via fax.

  7. How do I renew my subscription to InFOREMAX software?

    Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term (generally one month) unless you terminate your subscription prior to the renewal date.

  8. How do I change the payment information in my subscription account?

    If you subscribe InFOREMAX online through PayPal, you may change your payment information at any time on PayPal website. Otherwise, please contact us for instructions and help.

  9. Will I be informed before my subscription period expired?

    In case of your recurring payment failure, the owner of the subscription account will be notified by email at the end of billing period. Generally a subscription period expires five days after its recurring billing failure.

  10. What is your subscription price policy?

    As our valued customer, you always pay the lowest subscription licensing fees. You pay the same amount per month even our subscription price goes up. In case the price go down, your subscription fees will automatically be adjusted to reflect this change.

  11. What is your return policy?

    InFOREMAX offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee which means, if for any reason you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of receipt. Please note that the subscription fee, service fee for software installation, customization & integration, original shipping costs, installation script for SQL database, and web portal software are non-refundable. We can only refund the credit card used in the original purchase. The refund will occur within 7 to 14 business days of us receiving your request.
