    You can change the displayed name of the pre-defined RMA status by editing the xmlEnglish file with text editor. This file is located at the xmlFile folder.

    You can change the pre-defined Notes by editing the content within the XML tag <notes id="1"> </notes> in the xmlEnglish file.
